Shipping Policy

Shipping cost

Free shipping on every order, to all 50 United States. No minimum order value, no handling fees, no surcharges.

Where we ship

All 50 U.S. states. We do not currently ship internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO addresses.

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

These are our good-faith estimates. If we cannot ship within the time stated above, we will notify you, offer you the option to cancel for a prompt full refund, and honor whichever choice you make — as required by the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 435).

Carrier

We ship via USPS or UPS, selected per order based on package size and destination. The carrier is shown on your tracking confirmation.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Split shipments

If items in your order have different availability, we may ship them separately. You are never charged extra for this.

Damaged or missing shipments

Please inspect your package on arrival. If the box shows visible damage, email contact@plantiter.shop with photos of the packaging and contents and we'll make it right — see our Return & Refund Policy.

If tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, contact us and we'll open a trace with the carrier.

Address accuracy

We ship to the address you enter at checkout. Please double-check it — we can't reroute a package once it's in the carrier's hands, and packages returned to us as undeliverable are refunded minus nothing, but the reshipment starts the timeline over.
