Terms of Service

1. Who you're buying from

This store is operated by Plantiter, a sole proprietorship owned by Carl Antoni Plantiter, 110 Creeks Edge Way, Sacramento, CA 95823 ("we," "us," "Plantiter"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to order from this store.

3. Products and availability

We sell planters and home accessories. Product images are representative; natural materials vary in color, grain, and finish, and minor variation is not a defect.

All orders are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will notify you and refund that item in full.

4. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not accept your offer. The contract forms when we ship the item and send a shipping confirmation.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example where an item is unavailable, a price or description was posted in error, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you've paid, we refund you in full.

5. Pricing and tax

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and do not include sales tax. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Shipping is free to all 50 states.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than honor the erroneous price.

6. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay through Stripe. Payment is charged when you place your order.

7. Shipping

Processing takes 1–2 business days; transit is 2–4 business days within the contiguous U.S. and 5–9 business days to Alaska and Hawaii. Full terms are in our Shipping Policy.

Title and risk of loss pass to you on delivery by the carrier.

8. Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with a free prepaid label. Full terms are in our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Warranty

We warrant that products will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship at delivery. Your remedy for a defective item is replacement or refund as set out in our Return & Refund Policy.

Except as stated above and to the fullest extent permitted by California law, products are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act or other non-waivable California consumer protection law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any order is limited to the amount you paid for the items in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

11. Product use

Unless the product description says otherwise, our planters are intended for indoor use. Please follow any product-specific guidance on drainage, water resistance, and weight capacity.

12. Intellectual property

The content on this store — text, images, and design — belongs to Plantiter and may not be reproduced without permission.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you and we consent to that jurisdiction.
